    A 30-minute conversation to understand your stage, team, and the legal friction slowing you down. We will recommend a tier or tell you honestly that we are not the right fit and refer you on.

    Onboarding sprint

    In week one we audit your contracts, policies, and cap table. You get a clear map of risks, quick wins, and a prioritised list of what to address first. We set up access to email, WhatsApp, and your client folder.

  3. 03

    Embedded support

    Unlimited access via email and WhatsApp within fair use. We join relevant calls, review in-flight documents, and become part of how your team operates. 24-hour response on business days. Same-day on urgent matters.

  4. 04

    Strategic reviews

    Monthly strategy calls (weekly for Scale clients) on what is ahead: hires, fundraising, product launches, risk. Legal that anticipates rather than reacts.

    Quarterly check-in
